By providing a phone number (including a personal number), employees consent to receive work-related, transactional SMS messages, including:

  • Dispatch and job assignment notifications

  • Clock-in / clock-out notifications
  • Meal break reminders and compliance alerts
  • Operational and scheduling updates
Opt-Out

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Note: Opting out may impact the ability to receive critical work-related updates. Employees using personal devices may alternatively request removal of their personal number through internal administrative channels.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform, including:

  • Communication providers, such as Twilio
  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
  • Software and security service providers
